Cake Delivery and Pickup Policy

Pick Up:

The Cake Shop is closed on Sundays, so Sunday pickups are unavailable. Our shop hours are Monday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, and we kindly request that pickups be completed by 3:30 PM, as we close promptly at 4 PM to enjoy time with our families. Thank you for your understanding – we look forward to sweetening your day!

When picking up your order, please come with a vehicle suitable for transporting cakes, ideally with air conditioning to ensure safe storage. Cakes require refrigeration, so a cool environment is essential. We kindly ask that someone with sufficient strength accompany you to carry the cake, should our staff be unavailable to assist.

Additionally, please let the person picking up the order know that they will need to provide your first name, not the name on the cake, to help us quickly locate your order in our fridge and make your experience as smooth as possible.

Delivery:

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours is required for delivery, and all orders must be scheduled within 2 weeks of purchase. If your selected delivery date falls on a public holiday, we will reach out to you directly to coordinate an alternative arrangement.

Please ensure someone is available at home or at the office to receive. If no one is present to accept the order, the driver will return it to the shop, and this will incur additional charges to cover the driver’s time and return trip. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery time, and the cost for this second delivery will also be billed to you. For this reason, we highly recommend scheduling delivery when you are confident someone will be there to receive it 🙂

Once received, please place the cake in the refrigerator to maintain its freshness. If you have ordered an ice cream cake, it should be placed in the freezer immediately. Thank you for your attention to these important details to ensure a smooth delivery and the best care for your cake!
